I an generally in awe when I see lists like this. For one, it still amazes me at how unhealthy many thing when they are presented as pretty to very healthy. For example, muffins at Dunkin’ Donuts are over 500 calories, while a glazed donut (ummm…donuts) is only 220 calories! Sign me up for the donut diet…wait, I think I just started a frenzy. Think of it now, eat all the donuts you want and watch the pounds ooze off like custard in a Boston Creme!

I digress. Here’s an interesting list of just how insane, albeit delicious, some of the things we love to eat really are. Any those poor fast food burger guys get all the bad press. How does 1930 calories, 24 g saturated fat, 2,965 mg sodium grab ya? Make a Whopper look like a tofu crusted rice cake. That creation, by the way, was #1 on this list…Cheesecake Factory’s Grilled Shrimp & Bacon Club. At least you can get it with green salad (Cheesecake Factory)!
