LivingSocial has expanded its online service to 15 new North American markets.

Eight of those have access to LivingSocial’s families-specific offers, which are now available in 216 markets:

  • Ann Arbor, Michigan;
  • Buckhead, Georgia;
  • Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;
  • Napa/Sonoma, California;
  • Northern Denver;
  • Ocean/Monmouth, New Jersey;
  • Olympia, Washington; and
  • Southern New Hampshire

The remaining seven markets have access to LivingSocial’s daily deals, which are now available in 627 markets:

  • Asheville, North Carolina;
  • Central Illinois;
  • New Haven, Connecticut;
  • Ogden, Utah;
  • Fraser Valley, British Columbia;
  • Kingston, Ontario; and
  • Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Meanwhile, the group has extended its LivingSocial Gourmet invitation-only deals site for high-end restaurants to Boston and Atlanta. LivingSocial Gourmet launched in Washington, D.C. in October and then extended to San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia and Portland, Oregon in the weeks after. Further expansion on the Gourmet service is slated for 2012.

LivingSocial says it now has more than 35 million active users in the U.S.
