If you are looking for an easy yet tasty Crock Pot Asian Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe, then you came to the right place! Typically, making soup in a crock pot is an easy way to prepare your dinner. It’s also can be as healthy or rich as you’d like to make it. Plus, I just think slow-cooking foods, especially meats, really does justice to the meal itself. Meats tend to become very tender and richly seasoned, as it just cooks in all those beautiful liquids and ingredients. It’s a great way to cook that offers heart and homey feels for the whole family. How can you not love that?
Pasturebird Pasture Raised Poultry
I’d like to point out that I used a new brand of ultra premium chicken that I just really love. It’s called Pasturebird and it’s all about pasture raised chicken and poultry!! What’s pastured poultry, you ask? I’ll let Pasturebird explain:
Pastured Poultry = chickens that live outside in a natural habitat (on grass, in the fresh air and sunshine with plenty of space to roam and forage). By rotating the chickens to fresh pasture every single day, Pasturebird chicken is not only healthy and delicious but also goes beyond sustainability to rebuild healthy, regenerative soils and grasslands.
So their chicken live outside on pasture 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The birds hunt and peck for bugs, worm, grass annd whatever they’d like to eat and no antibiotics are ever used. Living as nature intended them to live boosts their immune system, helping to prevent sickness naturally. In other words…they raise chickens the way God intended them to be. A healthier, more, nature, and better tasting bird is the result.
Healthier Chicken
In addition to pasture raised chicken living their best lives, this way of life actually results in bird that are more nutritional for us to eat! Pasture Raised Poultry has 21% less fat than conventional chicken, and 30% less saturated fat. It also has 50% more Vitamin A compared to conventionally raised broilers. The birds also have 3 times more Omega 3 than conventional, free range, or industrial organic chicken. This is all simply because they have a species appropriate diet and a good life outside on pasture.
So…you can sign me up for that on any number of levels. I just love everything about this!!

Yum!! A simple and easy recipe! Love how you used a ‘healthier’ chicken option — really makes or breaks a recipe for me. May just have to ditch the cilantro (huhu) ’cause the people I feed are not eaters.
Anything with chicken is sure to be a hit in my house. And all those spices and veggies added are bound to make this recipe a winner!
