Ok, so I don’t really feel any effects from caffeine or other stimulants, I really feel like I am not getting enough “Zs” these days. It’s my own fault, really. Not sure what it is, but I just can’t seem to allow myself to go to sleep early, even once in a while. I know people in general are advised to get 8 hours of sleep a night, which is good for a number of things, but…Does anyone else do this to themselves? I mean, nowadays I’m writing some things for this site, so at least it’s a worthwhile effort, but sometimes it’s nothing of any consequence, believe me. Today, fo example, I was up late painting my dining room, since my wife thought it a great idea to move the house around. After that, instead of hittin’ the hay, I was wired. I did a little exercise, read some magazines, and decided I would just write a post or two on this awesome website known as d2.
I don’t know. Perhaps one day I’ll get to bed around 10PM or something. I’ll sleep like a baby, ahh…
Ok, so maybe not this baby. But a-nother baby. I’d wake up refreshed, ready to tackle the day. Maybe one day.
