irish blessing wherever you roam

If you read my recent post on Irish Toasts, you can see that the Irish have a way with words…and I’m a big fan. That being said, the Irish are also a thoughtful breed that is mindful of the blessings of the Lord and how important that all is. A very integral part of Irish culture and lure is those Sayings, Proverbs, Blessings, And Prayers that we all have likely heard or seen on a mass/prayer card. They are witty, heartfelt, and really hit home. The fine folks at IrishCentral.com have compiled an amazing list…I just had to share. Just perfect.

May the hand of a friend always be near you,
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

———————-

May those who love us love us.
And those that don’t love us,
