Do you have a fabulously fun and fantastic father or friend that’s very fond of food? Oh baby, I’m on a rolling. Peter Piper picked…ok, I’m done now. However, my friend, the question is the same. Do you have a foodie in your life that’s always looking for a great new food or drink to try? Is this person a really difficult person to buy a gift for? Are you running around like a crazy person since Father’s Day is only 2 weeks away? I’m telling you right now, is the spot to go for a unique, high quality gift that your favorite foodie will truly love and appreciate. I was introduced to the site and I can’t get enough of it.

I think the best part about all of this, other than the fact that I get to consume the awesome, is that Vera and the kids have a place to go for my gifts, no problems! I’m not easy to shop for, being that I really never want anything (true story). This hits the spot.

The two baskets I was lucky enough to receive were the Gourmet Meat & Cheese Sampler Basket and the Microbrew 6 Beer Bucket with Torpedo Golden Cigar. Both baskets were outstanding…and completely different. Pairing party anyone?

The DELUXE Gourmet Meat & Cheese Sampler Basket is all about loving meat and cheese, featuring a carefully selected assortment of artisan meats, cheeses and crackers. I love meat. I love cheese. I love this basket. From applewood smoked garlic summer sausage, to slow smoked pepperoni, to four types of gourmet cheese. Get all crazy-like pairing the different meats and cheeses with the four unique flavors of artisan crackers! It’s also priced right at just $69.99.

The Microbrew 6 Beer Bucket with Torpedo Golden Cigar Basket is very different, but just as awesome. This gift for the father who’s a microbrew aficionado (hello there) has six top-rated beers, a variety of great snacks and a hand-rolled Torpedo Golden Cigar. I like beer. I like beer very much. Fill up the cooler with Samuel Adams Seasonal, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Magic Hat #9, Traveler, Red Hook, and Smuttynose Old Brown Dog and rip open a bag of our gourmet popcorn or maybe a bag of Roasted & Salted Peanuts! Nuts, hops? Heaven…and a steal at $89.99.

I know you can feel the dope oozing from these words. I can feel you feeling it. I’m telling you when these things came, daddy was happy. Daddy likey. Meat, cheese, carbs, beers…dropped on my doorstep like a gift from God. You simply can’t beat it, and neither will the guy in your life that loves all of this goodness (the guy would be just about any guy that you know or have known in your life I would think).

In addition to those gems, there’s even more. Here’s just a sample of the awesome, many of these are brand spanking new for you:

  • Pink Himalayan Salted Caramel Popcorn Tin — For the Trendy Dad who’s sweet 95% of the time, but can get a little salty, too, this is the ideal gift. Any Dad who’s a champion snacker will love the caramel flavor and the salty accents from the purest salt in the world. And it’s easy on your bank account, too, at an affordable $24.99
  • Oreo Cookies For Dad — Oreos are making a comeback in a big way this Father’s Day, with these chocolate-dipped beauties that spell out — #1 DAD. Hopefully, he’ll save a few for the gift giver in this case, too, because you haven’t lived until you’ve had a Chocolate-Dipped Oreo Cookie. $34.99
  • Hole-In-One Father’s Day Golf Gift Basket — Want to score big with Dad this year? If he’s a golfer, this basket will be a winner for him (and for you). Inside a custom golf basket, you’ll find his favorite game essentials, like specialty golf balls and, of course, delicious treats. Boasting delectable trail mix, crisp crackers, and tasty dried fruit, this fun gift just might fit your dad to a tee. $49.99
  • Best Dad Berries — These Belgian-chocolate dipped strawberries, describing the BEST DAD (ever), will certainly be a memorable gift for any sweet-craving, strawberry-loving father. $44.99

Now, be honest, is this not awesome? I just know you have someone in your life that is all about this stuff. This is what I am all about. I’d rather get stuff like this more than just about anything else. If they could include a large pizza with hot peppers in a basket, I would never leave the house. No, really, I might never leave the house.

You know you love your Father…so finally show it for goodness sake. Go ahead and show him what an amazing job he did raising you by sending one of these baskets as a Father’s Day gifts this year.

Bill is a guy that's been working at home since 2008. What does that mean? It means he runs a business, has a blog, takes care of the kids and house, and doesn't really have much more time left in the day. Piece of cake, but wouldn't have it any other way.

I have ordered stuff from them before and have been very happy with them all. I think it’s a great gift idea.

My father would love most of the baskets but especially the sausage and cheese basket. They are always huge hits!
