It’s been a week since we’ve returned from our Disney Cruise and it’s a sad, sad, thing that it had to end. We truly do love Disney, be it Walt Disney World, Disney movies, or Disney toys. They never disappoint. For something truly different and really amazing, I would also have to highly recommend the wonderful Disney Cruise line, including The Disney Fantasy. These are just awesome vacations. Disney family-friendly entertainment, top botch service and facilities, and all the good food and entertainment you can handle. These ships are awesome, and we’ve taken 3 cruises since 2013 because of it!
This time around, we didn’t go in the summer, so we escaped the cold and snow (it actually snowed the day we left and the day we returned). To top it off – super dope highlight alert – we had the rare privilege of celebrating Star Wars Day at Sea.
Look into it and be prepared for awesome. If you are a Star Wars fan, be sure to head online and check for availability. It just added even more fun, excitement, and super fantastic awesome memories to the trip. Seriously, we meet and “talked” with Darth Vader, the kids made X-Wing fighters, we saw Empire Strikes Back AND Rogue One in their full-sized movie theater, and had a tremendous Star Wars loaded dinner to top it all off. The added excitement and adventure was amazing! The kids LOVED every second of it.
Here’s a ten-minute recap of the trip. It’s tough to cut the week-long, action packed trip to 10 minutes, but there it is. Know that this is just a sample of all the Disney Cruise has to offer. This is something we truly cherish as we look forward to, hopefully, our next cruise someday in the near future!!

I would love to take my family on a Disney Cruise. I have been hearing so many great things about the Star Wars themed cruise.
A cruise would be such a fun trip with the kids. I would love to surprise them with a Disney cruise.
I watched the video! How fun! I’m hoping to take the family on a cruise sometime next year. Disney seems like a great cruise line for kids.
This sounds like a fun time for the whole family. We love the Star Wars movies so this would be perfect for us!
I have always wanted to take my kids on a disney cruise. I think that they would enjoy it. Maybe one of these days, my dream will become a reality.
How fun! I would love to take a cruise with my husband and son someday. And since my son is a huge fan of Star Wars, he’ll have a blast, for sure.
Oh this sounds perfect for my husband! He is a huge Star Wars fan and we haven’t been on a Disney cruise before.
