For the second year in a row, DIY Network has teamed up with Esquire magazine to produce an all-access look at the making of the space that would wow even the most sophisticated bachelor – Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad. Premiering on January 19, 2012, at 10 p.m. ET, Mega Dens host Anitra Mecadon tours the $23.5 million triplex-penthouse, located inside the iconic ClockTower building in DUMBO, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Mecadon takes viewers inside the 7,000 square-foot loft and on an exclusive tour of the apartment’s own glass elevator, a three-story floating staircase and terrace that features a 360-degree view. Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad also features how the space came together, from construction to design, and the talented designers who were challenged to take bachelor living to the next level.
This is the ninth year Esquire has set out to bring together the most talented interior designers with the task of creating the Ultimate Bachelor Pad. This year’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad also proves to be an enviable event venue, as the DIY Network’s Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad special also features the star-studded red carpet benefit for City of Hope, attended by Skylar Grey, Sara Bareilles, Clive Davis, Swizz Beatz, Desmond Child, John Salmons of the Sacramento Kings, and more.
Tune in to Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad on January 19, 2012, at 10 p.m. ET on DIY Network, available nationwide on DirecTV (Ch. 230); DISH Network (Ch. 111) and via local cable providers (check local cable listings) or visit DIYNetwork.com.
